By accessing or using LifeShare (lifeshare.world), a product of VTS Technologies Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
LifeShare is a community-driven platform that connects hosts, workers, vendors, ambassadors, and community members to share spaces, skills, experiences, goods, and resources. Features include:
- Property and experience listings
- Worker and service marketplace
- Community tools (groups, events, forums, social feeds)
- Wallet and peer-to-peer payments
- Local food supply marketplace
- H.E.L.P housing program
- Nomad Pass program
- Ai augmented Lifestyle Suggestions and scoring
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use LifeShare. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are liable for all activity conducted under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Host & Service Provider Responsibilities
If you list a property, service, vehicle, or experience on LifeShare, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date listing information.
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, including permits, licenses, and zoning requirements.
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your listings.
- Honor confirmed bookings and treat guests with respect.
- Not discriminate against users based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
6. Guest & Buyer Responsibilities
When booking or purchasing through LifeShare, you agree to:
- Respect the host's property, rules, and community guidelines.
- Pay all fees and charges as agreed at time of booking.
- Not engage in any illegal activity on any listed property or during any booked service.
- Leave honest and fair reviews based on your actual experience.
7. Payments & Fees
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Platform service fees apply to transactions as displayed at checkout.
- Refunds are subject to the individual listing's cancellation policy.
- LifeShare Wallet balances are non-transferable to third parties and subject to platform terms.
- Nomad Deposits are held according to the specific Nomad Pass agreement terms.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or reviews.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Attempt to circumvent platform fees by transacting off-platform.
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and platform features are the property of VTS Technologies Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
LifeShare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the behavior of other users, or uninterrupted platform availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VTS Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between users and LifeShare shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of the jurisdiction where VTS Technologies Inc. is incorporated.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to LifeShare at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to VTS Technologies Inc., without regard to conflict of law principles.
